fixed _blank window width/height

how can i make it so when you click on a link like of a picture, it has a fixed width/height?

or how can i make the images itself not stretch, well the only thing that stretches is .swf's heres and example


its not supposed to be that big, so does anyone know how to fix the width/height of this?

yea and when its like a 800x800 image the window will be 800x800 also, instead of having a bunch of white space.

Right click -> Document properites -> Dimentions.
