Once i found a tutorial.There was a picture of Goku(from dbz ) and this tutorial explaines how to put a shadow on the picture or something.The tutorial is for photoshop.I really tried hard to find it but i couldn't.Please someone give me a link to this tutorial cuz i needet really bad

I know that tutorial.I need a tutorial taht shows how to put shadows for example on the muscles,on the face etc.
