Im trying to skin a forum and the right side of the banner looks like this on mine:

PS We both use firefox and both use 1024x768 res.

maybe it's cached on your friends computer.

try emptying both your and your friends browser cachce and try again.

Well it is probably cached on his computer so he needs to refresh. If that doesn't work well, you already said same browser and version.
