Not bad. The rounded buildings seem a little choppy at the top and the circles aren't PERFECTLY centered, but theyre only tiny hick ups
Apart from that, its pretty cool Maybe try changing the font a little, or change the anti-aliasing on it

Maybe try aligning the circles more evenly.
Maybe move the text into the top corner aswell.
The clouds and the buildings are good tho.

also.... the building lights are not bgrighnt, in a dark knight like that they should be along witht he moon
