I know its usually a portfolio convention to keep it bright but I went a different way and just played round with colours and blending options and came up with this.
I dont think I'll be using this as my portfolio as I need to work on my layouts skills more as Im usally a art type of designer.

It looks nice, but if you wer going to place it on a white background and have all the content boxes black, the contrast would have been a bit overwhelming.

No I meant to have a white / green layout etc... not a blak and white.
A proper crisp layout design.
