ok i have searchd the forums for tuts and past posts and havnt been able to find anything so far.

i have 2 pages of my website done so far, index and links, i have the tables in a <div id="container"></div> and have centered it in the css file but it isnt centered the same, they are lopsided. can any one give me some help with this please as stupid as it may sound

what like where it moves over to the right when you click links? and back to the left when you click home??

If that's what your talking about I would assume it's from the scrollbar, the links page doesn't have enough content to need a scrollbad therfore the middle is different to when there is a scrollbar...

That's just what it looks like if that's what you are even talking about.

Yes, you can use a nifty trick so that the scroller appears all the time:

CSS:
body {
height: 100%;
margin: 0 0 1px;
}

This adds 1px beyond the body's entire height, therefore making it barely long enough for a vertical scroller.
