ajustable content box

how do u get it so there are two content boxes, (tables, or w/e you call them) on the right and left and a fixed width and have one box in the middle that stretches to w/e size your browser is?

3 column layout. Typically done in CSS, i'm sure there are a couple tutorials on it here, but if not, you can google it and find a ton.
