Below is a template I have recently created.
I would like your suggestions as to how to improve it.

you should fill in where u thatgut that the different things should be!!! like: forum, gallery and stuff!!! and it is very light, and very hard to see what you have acctually done

It looks good, I probably would move the blue against the left side but other than that its awesome, very clean.

The blue parts need to flow more.

My only problem with it is the lightness. Even though others already said that. Just darken it a bit.
