Hey guys! New to the forums, familiary with the site in general. It's been a great help for photo shop and now my Cinema 4D needs

I saw this picture in my friends gallery of this sick design, and I tryed to get it best I could. Heres the link to the pic: http://img460.images.../desktop1si.jpg
Heres the link to what I tryed to get it closed to: http://img211.images...0/connor3tb.jpg

The only things that really look wrong with it are the textures on the floor, and the glass spheres dont look nearly as vibrant as Nick was able to get them. On the spheres I have two materials, I have the "Banji" Shader, and I have a plain material that has some reflection "i think 20%".

If you know some changes I could make, I greatly appreciate it. Great community guys, thanks for any help!

It looks as if the original creator's spheres have a metallic texture applied to them, so try making a reflective metal material instead of the "plain material" replace whatever material you have there with a metallic one.

Oh, and I almost forgot! WELCOME to p2l!

I see what your saying.. How do I apply that Metallic look with the reflection?

And to PSgirl, okeydokey

Edit: When I opened the properties of my reflection material, I saw under Texture -> Surfaces -> that there's a choice named Metal, but it made it all blue, and didnt seem to get it like Nick did.
