its actually really cool, one thing i would modify tho is the position of the D, i would kick it left just a tad so it doesnt look like its hanging that much even tho thats like the real hollywood text, also a tad of the D in the lower corner is kinda cut off

Thanks for the comments! I too think the D is hanging off a little and just out of curiosity does it look like there is too much shadow? Kyle

umm there is a lot of shadow but i think it looks fine
