Ok well since im a newbie to 3DS, and relly i can say at graphical applications (tho ive gotten better at PS) ive got a quick question. Would there be a simple page that someone knows of with all the key shortcuts for 3DS Max 7 ? Ive found some but its a bit confusing.

I keep hiting keys and well i have to figure out what i did. I also did something that causes me to only see wireframe when i pan/move around in any view, its very annoying so thats why im asking

This page lists em all. You can also set your own in your preferences. There should also be a something on them in your tutorial files if I remember right but its been so long since I've messed with it to really say.
Im not too sure about your wireframe problem however but hopefully you can figure out what you hit with that list. Good Luck
