ok this is a website i have made, its a picture layout with iframes.

Now when the page is "Minimized" the frames go all over place.
they only work when the page is "Maximized".
Is there away to get them to stay when the page is minimized.

nope.....
absolute position always leads to the errors you have. it looks different in every resolution. the background moves according to resolution but the frames stay in the same place.
learn to slice/code.
