[Paint]

Okay, this is a kind of dreamy effect that I like and see a lot of. I have combined a few simple tuts, and this is what I have come up with:





Critic/Comments appriciated! I would like your advice. And, just to make sure everyone knows, I was trying to make it look simple

Edit: I was messing around with the sig and I came out with another nice effect. I posted the second effect below the first sig. If you can, please state which you like better. (They are close to the same.)

No, I didn't make the original pic. My dad photographed it! I was with him when he did it, though. *sighs* Fun times!
