AFAIK, http://www.bidvertiser.com doesn't ask for your age, and you can slap the funds straight into a PayPal account. Whether it's yours or not is a different matter, as you've gotta be 18 or over for that kinda stuff. I'm 15, so what the heck?!You can just say your 18....

You could use a custom ad rotation script and charge people to advertise on your site through paypal? (Not sure how old you have to be to use paypal..)
Again, 18. I'm not sure if you get asked how old you are on signup though, it was so long ago I can't remember.
Custom ad rotations are good but you seldom get any people interested.

Of course, your paypal account's income, generally, just sits in your paypal.. so I got a paypal card, too. That gives me a handle on all my money. Because you get the card with the bank account, also.
So you're, either, looking at lieing or using your parents as a middle man. I'd go with the latter, personally.
