Just add %0A everytime you want to have a line break.

ex.
on (release){
getURL("mailto:info@theboathouse.ae?cc=&bcc=&subject=Poker Run 2006 Registration&body=Dear The Boathouse, %0A I would like to take part in the 2006 Poker Run. %0A Please send further details to the following name/address", "", "POST");
}
