hi...why don't i have the "warp" option when i use free transform? i can't see it when i right click..thanks! also, how do i resize an image without affecting its quality? thanks really...

only image you can resize without effecting quality -- vector.
warp should be in free transform i believe , if not... just use the transform warp

how do i use the transform warp? im using photoshop CS, by the way...thanks!
