There is such thing as a contact form, also most of the times if the site is not made in ASP then the service isnt ASP, but check the packages, and what they come with, if it doesnt list ASP, but it lists PHP and stuff then apparently not.

This is not for my own purposes. I had a client who deiced to transfer there site to another ISP. They chose BT Internet. Byt the looks of the Page Cannont be Displayed type message that is appearing there is a link to help etc. I could not find anything to do with PHP or ASP.

Not to worry the client is a lamer and there loss if they do not know how to find a proper hosting company :)

But if you say in your services you will be willing to help transfer to another host, then you better do it correctly or it wont look to good on you. But of course if it isnt in your services then just say goodluck :)

Not all isp's are webhosts, pretty sure BT Internet is under http://www.btopenworld.com

http://webhostingtalk.com/ will give you a list of hosts that support asp
