This is the combine skin. I want some parts of it to be red and green.. But i still want the scratches behind left. I want to replace the white part and insert green/red instead.

Open in Photoshop, select what you want to change, make a layer on top.
Change you color and then change the layer mode fromnormal to color; maybe you could try other layer modes as well as a variation, sometime you stumble on some effect that you didnt know, but you like.
Another way is make a mask out of you selection, then you a colorize ("add color layer") and use your mask.
