i have 20 rendars but i dont know how can i put the render in the sig

What you mean 20 renders, maximum you can have your signature here is a size of 500x150px of combined images.

You could simply copy and paste if they are already cut out, otherwise, if you want to know how to cut the render from the background, try this tutorial:
