Just finished my other portfolio a couple weeks ago, then decided it looked like butt. So I made a new one, changed the colours, and whatnot. I'm really trying to "brand" myself. My business cards, resumes, cover letters and website will all look the same. I'm trying to go for somthing simple, sleek and professional, that will attract potential clients.
Any input on content, design, colours, typography, or whatever else you can think of would be very appreciated. I just finished college and I am lookin for work, so I need this portfolio to be pretty awesome. Coding is more my strongpoint than design and artwork are, so again, tell me anything you can think of. Rip the entire site up, just tell me what you think I need to do to make it better.
A couple of things I was thinking about changing:
1. Make the headers (Recent work, downloads news, sotw) stand out more.
2. Make all the thumbnails monochromatic (in green or gray) so the page doesnt look like a rainbow.
Thanks.
