i have few easy questions about photoshop, that i just cant find out. I am new to PS.
1. How do i get the marquee to go away when i am done with it?
2. Is there any way to import objects (jpegs, gifs, png etc.) onto the canvas?
3. how do i change the color of an object without going to blending options and doing a color fill?

Press Cntrl+D
2. Is there any way to import objects (jpegs, gifs, png etc.) onto the canvas?
Open the jpeg/gif or whatever in photoshop, then drag the picture on to the other canvas
