My adobe updater always seems to freeze half way through the download....Is there anyway to download and install the updates manually?

Hey,
I always seem to have this problem; I usually go downstairs and eat while it crashes and uncrashes itself but it gets there in the end.
As for the manual updates http://www.adobe.com...loads/main.html could perhaps give you and insight to that question; also if it comes down to the crunch just e-mail Adobe and they will be able to tell you.
