how to see how many times a page is viewed

Ok I am creating a tutorials database, and in the table there is a row called views.
How would I make it increase everytime someone looked at that page?

Also how would I set it up, using int()?

You can set up the database using pretty much any text/numeric type, but this is a rather common question, and has been asked before.
