i suggest, before someone comes down to your house and shoots you,
that you read a few of the tutorials in the tutorial section.
I suggest further, to go first to the ones with the red folders, since this was (till few weeks ago) THE MOST successfull hype on this forum.

BDW:
its called a "userbar", so you can now do a search for it
