Ok I have tested this on two sites/hosts/domains. One works the other doesnt.

It doesnt work here:
http://www.mileswjohnson.com/contact/

But then this works, but isnt showing header and footer
http://www.mileswjohnson.com/contact

And heres the site were it does work
http://www.inferiaef...tfolio/contact/

It does that for all the pages.

I think the problem is more then just mod_rewrite, as mod_rewrite doesn't give off errors (that i know of), the only thing it would typically do is throw a http 500 error code (something about a server issue).

The optional ending slash was already discussed here: http://www.pixel2life.com/forums/index.php...ndpost&p=130226

And the header/footer problem has to be a php problem as i don't know of a way to include files via .htaccess (but that doesn't mean it's not possible). Are infariaefasion.com and mileswjohnson.com on 2 different servers? If so, that could explain somethings, but either way, it would be helpfull if you could post some code.

Yes they are on 2 different servers... The mileswjohnson.com I was reading faq and they said apache is currently turned off. So I just transferred to a different host.
