For the example 2 given:
green background = layer 1
text 1 = layer 2
text 2 = layer 3
make layers 2 and 3 invisible (or only layer 3)
jump to image ready
click on add new frame in the animation palette
make another layer visible
etc...
Then adjust timers underneath the thumbnails, or click on add tweener
experiment...
thats it.

Second is easy: you only need 2 layers: the beginning and the end of animation --> then same principle, but this time you really need to add tweeners (lets say you let IR make 10 layers in between).
The first animation is also same principle but this time the amount of layers is much bigger. I'm guessing here, but i think bout 6-10 (2 color layers and rest for both texts at a few different places)
The flashing is easy: just hide, unhide, hide, unhide the text
Try it, if you get into trouble keep asking.
But its more fun with trial and error

k,
same trick as i told someone else:
(it doesnt always work but here it does, i tried)
right click on first image and choose save image as.. and save it as a give file.
Open photoshop (new file 80 x 15)
jump to imageready
click open...
find the gif you just saved
open it, voila...
you now see it was made with 40 frames/layers
go to photoshop and stydy the layers, see how it was made and try to make something yourself with same principle.
