Well I know I can read mp3 ID3/ID2 tags in to Flash with out any help from a text doc or xml.
Can it be done with a image file like jpeg or png.
What I want to do is read the author/title and so on from the image with out using another file like xml or a text doc.

Does this make since?

Thanks
emory

Nope in the current version of Flash / Flex, there is no EXIF support.
Read trough Kevin's (Macromedia) weblog to see some protoypes built on Actionscript 3, which will be available as soon as Flex2 is officialy released together with Flash Player 8.5
