I'm not gonna download it until the final version has released and they have released a patch for the security flaw which will be most likely found. The main thing I'm hoping for is increased CSS standards :)

Well, firefox copied tabs from opera, they had them way before...
As for the speed, i think ie is pretty quick, qith starting up aswell, he only things missing is the ability to add plugins.

Same with me. Just means you need to download windows SP2 package, for Home and Pro edition. Just search it on the microsoft website.

And Opera copied tabs from NetCaptor, there's no use in saying who had it first. Who does it better?

As for the beta, I liked it. It was pretty good, none of my websites messed up in it and it was pretty easy to navigate. But some of the different "security measures" Microsoft put it there annoyed me. And I heard they're asking people to begin redesigning their sites for IE7. I'm not going to design for IE6, 7, and Firefox. It's gotten too crazy now. Though I can usually get the sites to work without mad hax.

I have always used Firefox becuase it uses tabs and supports .png's; back on topic, I have sussed it out and I really like its printing features.

- Adjust margins
- Changeable print space
- Remove headers and footers
and Auto shrinks text so it fits within the final printout

7 looks promising compared to previous versions but like syndrome I won't be downloading it until the final version is released

For me, Internet Explorer 7 is a breath of fresh air. I work with web-design, and the updated CSS support in IE7 is improved dramatically -- gives me little to no headache troubles when designing cross-browser designs. In fact, I barely have any problems at all.

The layout is very nice and sleek, too. I may just switch back to Internet Explorer when 7 is released.

I saw some screenshots and I'm happy to see Microsoft brings some colour into their programs! :P

If I switch to IE7 and I'm not satisfied with it. Can I switch back?

i couldn't install it .. :s when it asked for validation it says my key ain't oringinal.. :s i guess that sucks , anyway i'll wait for it to come out in it's full version .. let's hope that ppl upgrade from past IE versions to this one ... because it's a really pain in the *** to design cross browser CSS web sites.. just as silfwolfe said..

cross browser coding compatibility isn't even a problem (for me). but if it is, just think of it like this "im not coding for another new browser, im coding for an updated browser wich is more like the ones that are already css compatible..." so don't use v.7 as a scapegoat for your coding skills :)

i like it. :D the favorites center is easy to manage too...
