You know those little images with codes on them that you have to copy when you register (for example, IPB 2 registration), Does anyone know how to make these?

I've seen some of them. They look like transparent GIF images with random generated numbers behind it. You should have a look at the html code to see what's behind it and also try downloading the image and see it with a picture program.
