I was wondering if theres a browser that allows you to tile tabs cascade so that you have like 2 tabs open in a browser, but each take up half, so you can view both? I havent seen this in a browser yet...is there even a browser that enables this?

Heh, is the limit two? I sure as hell wouldn't want 50+ tabs cascading vertically
I think there was a browser I saw somewhere that did it horizontally, but I can't remember what it was, and even then, I can't remember if im just making it up.
edit:
http://www.browse3d.com/ is what i was thinking of, I saw it in that Freebies section. Its the closest I can think of :s
