I know you're new at Photoshop, but a simple bevel and emboss styling doesn't really count as a legitimate tutorial.
You do, however, have the right idea with providing plenty of pictures and instructions of what the tutorial reader should be doing, even if it's something that basic.

Ok, seriously, this ain't a good tutorial or anywhere near it, sorry.
If you want to make a tutorial on animation, or just want to get accepted, first write a tutorial, then send it in. Can't remember how to right now, but the other guys here can probably help.
As for the title, please try to describe what the tutorial is about, if the entire forum just wrote "GREAT TUTORIAL M8S" in the title, it would be both hard and annoying too find what you're looking for.
