Not sure if this could be the right place. But, what are your opinions on godaddy.com? good bad?? honest opinions. my client would like to transfer her site there.. wanted to know if it was as good as it looks.. and if not.. could you suggest a place? looking for something reliable and cheap to be honest.. but quality is what im looking for..

Been with GoDaddy for years and never had any problems, only used them for domain registrations, never tried the hosting side.

Godaddy offers good domain service

Their hosting offers multiple plans but here's the neat thing, if you are a .NET programmar, u can choose Windows for ASP.NET, etc. or if you are a PHP programmar, you can choose Linux hosting.

There pretty good i have used the domains a couple of times not really satisfying how slow it takes for the dns to change i had theres up for about 5 hours then it changed i got another domain some were else it changed within 1 hour. Their hosting site has good plans but i would recommend you have to pay at one meaning instead of paying that 6 dollars ur really paying 72 a year. But other then that their pretty good.

-- I would really recommend godaddy you don't see alot of transfers their these days. I would recomend canaca.com their very good. And more reliable godaddy.com has sooo many people i don't really like the thought of that lots of peolple spam up the server and they have a lot of people. I like rackspace but its very hard to order from its like everything you like but not what u need. I had to call support to ask where to order i geuss im not the only one who did that.

I have purchased domains from them for a couple of years now and have always been impressed with them. Took up hosting with them recently and haven't had any problems in the 6 months or so. I would recommend them :P

there good service. :D

i've got a site i'm working on now (ongoing project) that's hosted at godaddy. i get a little frustrated with it, just because i'm so used to doing things manually and some things i've looked for they have restricted.

but as a host.... :)
