blue prints of sports cars, research futuristic concepts for cars online (wipeout, rollcage, f-zero ect.), look at olden day trebuchets, catapults ect. to see there style.

I tend to start with the head of a creature, so the front main part of a vehicle, the area with the front lights and things, this is because it will probably be the most viewed area of your vehicle or character and so doing it first allows for more revisions on it.
also, more and more recently i will start 3 or 4 seperate models of the same idea in different styles, so hard edges, really rounded ect. then choose my fave style when i can start to visualise the finished piece.

good luck and hope that helps :P

Here you go, my super cool race-car -_-

I give it the name: Pre-Car, featuring 4" rims, wooden tires, a foot-powered engine (0.00002 hp).
Max speed: Depends on the drivers fitness
Extras: Second seat for even more speed

Ok so i've been working on my car a little bit, and I'm really liking how its turning out, except for the windshield, that part is really pissing me off. I think I like it so much because I am not trying to copy anything or build a certain thing, this is all from imagination.

More pics here

Stay tuned and I might actually add like tail lights and decals and stuff..
Thanks for the + feedback guys I really thought you guys would laugh at how ammaturish it is..
