Hi,

I've just started a module in school for After Effects, and for my first assignment, I want to try animating a line which animates like a ocean bed.

Here's a rough flash file to explain what I'm trying to do:

Can anyone help me?

1- Create a solid (CTRL+Y) with
2- Select the layer where the solid resides
3- Create a twice as big mask with the path tool (the small pen) with the wavy shape you wish
4- animate the mask moving from left to right...
