I dont have any money but i am a graphic designer but i dont have a site. Maybe ask when you have a site, it makes more sense to be able to at least produce a website, even if its on a free domain don't you think.

They have Invision Free & Pro Boards if you just want a free forum.

well i would rather have a custom made forum because they are much more professional looking and i am also looking for someone to work with long term not just to make a quick forums and such

The forum software itself (I.E: IVP, phpBB, vB) is not homebrew. It is a universal software that is the same for everyone. Your talking about making a professional template. Not the whole forum script itself.
