Adding video to site

I have a 13 second video for a clients site, I need to put that on her site without having a play button, volume (theres no noise anyway) button, things like that.. i dont need that, I just want the video to play and replay.. and i dont want to pay for anything.. also its a mpg file.. I tried something in dreamweaver, it played once for me and thats it. with no play button ect.. heres the code

What about converting that movie into a Flash movie / windows media Clip?
You can find 2 tutorials on twodded where I explain how to encode a FLV as also how to create the videoplayer.
if you go for the windowsmedia solution, let me know if you need some help

Sounds like I should go that way. It plays in windows media but it says its a mpg.. will I have problems with that? Ill take any other solutions but the thing is I dont know flash at all...
