I've recently setup my own website with help from a friend. It's coded on ajax and php. I'd like to make my own forum system now, i can only find one tutorial on here, and it's a little too basic and has one or two errors. If anyone would be interested in helping reply please.

Nobody is going to help you building up a complete forum system as this will take heaps of time and knowledge. you should rather try n combine different tuts together and if you have any errors or problems ask them here.

Did you try this one? It's quite basic, I might try it out myself soon. If you did try this, can you please tell me the errors?

You could always try to download some opensource forums like phpbb and such, and try to get some inspiration on you forum building there.
But as Avalanche says, this will take a lot of time. If you think you have the knowledge, you can probably contact the WingBB guys (Hoot and Decade here at the forums) and offer your assistance.

Yes i did do that one Indigo, one of the main errors is when you post a new topic it doesn't show a title..so you can't really view it...

http://techtuts.com have a basic outline of a forum but you would need to implement umpteen security measures.

It'd be great if you did, you'd probably get thanked by alot of people and if it's on your site receive alot of hits!
