Hmmm, a very good model as a first try!

Though a few things you may want to improve on, altho I use C4d, I've played around with 3ds max a bit. I would say, that the helmet doesn't really have any depth to it and needs to be thickened, It looks as if its just a sheet of metal!

As for the face, it looks really good, Just that I'd need to see that whole face inorder to comment more on it! <_<

I played around with 3DSM for a while, but gave up because I couldnīt do something like this. :D
The helmet looks a bit weird, Iīd try to add a bit more realism to that one.

good work, not an easy first endevor thats for sure, perhaps try copying the helmet polygon object, then extruding and then pasting, I know in C4D if you do that then connect the two polygon objects you would then add alot of thickness.. make sense?

Thanks for the comments guys, i know the head looked weired to me also. I need to find a texture that makes it look beatin up and not all shinny and new. And I just finished my 3ds max class which was 4 weeks and before that ive never touch 3ds max. Well i did but it was confusing as hell. And on monday I get do do 3ds max class again but this time its 3d animation wooo.

Thanks again for the feedback
