recently found these kind of texture's on several site's I want to edit one for my site
aswell, but i dont know were i can find them, or how to make them, or what they are called. Can anyone help me with this?

Dont shoot me but i think:
"ornaments" textures (or rather tiles)

It's a pattern.
Tutorial about how to use patterns here in Photoshop and, as example, tutorial about how to create them (basic).
Also, there are some websites where you can download already made patterns for PS. Try searching at google :)

ohhh, so its a font!! i've been thinking if people actually used the pen tool... i knew it couldn't be that difficult.

Well, I saw a tutorial a while ago about how to do patterns using the pen tool, but I can't find it :)
And that's a pity because it was a great tutorial.

i know its a pettern, but i dont know how this specific one is called, ore were i can find similar ones. I tried searching for victorian patterns, or swirl patterns but cant find them.

You dont download them from a certain place, people make their own.

Try google for:
"geometric patterns"

And yes you should make your own.
