What are some recomended GFX programs i can buy for like 50$?

Wrong section and that is primarily an animation program like Photoshops Imageready.

Wrong section but Adobe Photoshop if you can increase your budget otherwise go for free open-source programs such as GIMP

You wont get nothing worthwhile for $50.

You could go for photoshop elements since you havent got enough for photoshop but its nothing special.
