Hmmm, it's good job to be the first ^^ But i dont like the borders in the main window / navigation. Make it maybe more smoth in a way and it will look good ;)

good first template. im not feeling the green borders also. Keep working with it and it will turn out great :D

I'd resize the fonts on navigation (home, forums, etc...), else than that it's quite good.
I'll give it a 7/10 because it's too plain, with no objects to stand out as a contrast (like a some rounded corners instead of just horizontal and vertical lines).

And yeah - if this is one of your first templates, I'm looking forward to see what you can produce in the future :D

Whoa... that green really stands out!
Personally I like the green, but in moderation! Maybe use it as a highlight colour, so build the site in tones of grey with highlights of the green. I think that will make it easier on the eye.
Use the green for text links and button text etc... but keep the bulk of it in somber tones.
Just my 2 cents!
