I like it , looks cool, the side nav buttons are way too big,

I like the colors. Very simple that can be good and bad. Keep working on it

Try making the fonts on the navigation a bit smaller, make the buttuns a bit more glossy, and the dates bold.

yea i like the idea of that layout, if you keep working at it, you will have a very nice template!

looks nice, nice idea. as said above, put the navigation fonts smaller and make the buttons more glossy.
