Hello Fellows!

I'm working on a site, but many people didn't like the design, cause it wasn't so many colors.
So now i need help how i should place the colors, i want the colors: Orange, Green and Light Blue.

I thought maybe to have light blue as link and underline as rollover and White backround. But then I'm stuck. I dunno how to plan more, so i would appreciate some help from you, hopefully you guys could show whit a picture how i should do.
