well i guess the shadows are alright, but dont make the spread so much, and make them much lighter

I agree with the shadows.. a little dated?

I say Dated a lot.. i mean it reminds me of layouts from when the Internet was first used.. the layouts were lame with dull colours and shadows/gradients..

Anyway, yeah, the shadows dont go down too well, the whole design isnt really original.. Im loving the banner though, excluding the text, the banner is very nice and calming, but the boxes and gradients dont do it for me.. sorry.

I like the page and the shadows, but make them smaller and ligther and the page will be gr8 man! GJ, GO ON ^^

Only thing i would change is the red 'R', i can see why you have done it though. Mabey if you put the 'R' in a different font it may stand out and look better. Apart from that nice work.

i agree about the shadows, tone them down.
i also agree with the red 'r'.

i also think its to much blue, you should make the content boxes white i think.
