I recently ran accross something i thought i could use as a jumping off point for a sig. Going through some of the tutorials here, i ran accross <a href="http://www.think-des...com/index.php"> this website</a>.
My question is how exactly does he do that realistic water ripple motion on the left side graphics, and how did he create the 'flash' and light movements in the other.
In addition, would it be possible to recreate those effects in a sig?
