P2L Version 2 LOGO CONTEST! Be a part of history!

P2L History that is :P Our good friends over at PixelAddiction.com offered to host a design competition on our part, IF I could think of a decent contest! For those of you that don't know, PixelAddiction is a Photoshop design competition website, where designers compete for credits, bragging rights, and sometimes prizes!

So I came up with something! As most of you know, we currently have a Version 2 in the works on Pixel2life.com and Tutorialseek.com. The logos have already been selected for each site (They will both share the same layout but different logos) but I'm still not so convinced that they will be the final logos, especially for Pixel2life.com. So, here is your chance to become a part of our history! PixelAddiction is hosting a contest on our behalf to design the best logo competitors can think of for Pixel2life.com Version 2! If we like a design more than the current one we've selected, we'll use it for all of our branding, PLUS if you provide a .3ds 3D Studio Max mesh model with the winning logo, we'll award you $50 cash!

We've even provided you with an example of a logo with the color scheme of the site and where it goes! (Sneak peak anyone? :P )

So here's the short and skinny...

1. Design a logo for the next pixel2life.com website
2. Sign up FOR FREE at PixelAddiction and submit your entry!
3. If you win, you get fame, glory, 44 virgins and $50 if you can provide a .3ds mesh as well.

just any logo designs we can think of? or do u have a some kind of theme in particular? :P

Most likely any logo possible... faken is always open to new ideas :P

As for me... ill try the contest.. but i cant upload :'( Booo

Check out the contest for all the details of what we want. Basically there is no set theme, but were are looking for a logo that could be considered our "mascot" similar to the cat dude that represents DeviantArt. I don't want to copy the cat idea, I just mean that we want a "character" type logo.

If anyone has any questions about the contest that Dan can't answer, or if you have problems with uploading once you've registered, log in to PA and then message either me or Jolt, the admins of the site and let them know you're having problems. You'll almost always get an immediate response.

I hope you all jump in and give this a try. We'd like to make sure Dan gets a great response to his contest idea...and some great logos to choose from! :P
