i went to see "The Omen" today, its a film about damien the son of the devil bein born on the 6/6/06 and all that, and its made me think, i've just been reading some info about the antichrist and end of the world etc, and the apocolypse isnt in the bible. it means something else. the same with antichrist, but answer me this the world is ment to end on a specific date but there is no such thing as a specific date in the world,
theres never one point where its the same date all around the world, for instance it could be the 06/060/6 today in england but the 07/06/06 in australia,

"Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia." Charles Schultz, creator of the Peanuts comic strip.
Think about it...

some more info about it

Type better please, that was hard to read that..

Every time someone thinks the world is going to end, it is different to every other denomination on the planet.

It all comes down to one thing.. opinion.

Saying the end of the world is going to die on this date is rather stupid. Anyways it would go off English/Uk time if it was to actually end like they said, seen as time is based off that, like America is -5 or whatever like that.

yeah it does all come down to opinion, but there is never an end to a religious arguement as all "faiths" have there own opinions, so let's not get into that, i'm not talking about it as a whole and all the different predications and opinions and everything. Just the specific date and 06/06/06

we dont know when the world would end but i think we would die before the world ends because we wont have such things as oil, electricity and maybe even water after about 100-200yrs but im sure we will all be gone before the world has, 6/06/06 has gone anyway if the world was going to end then, then we wouldnt be typing about it now

but theres also different year times, for example the year 2000 (christian) is something completly different in many other religions

but to understand somethings i'm on about you have to watch The Omen, and listen at the start when the priests are on about the signs (9/11, several wars, comets etc etc)

i was saying about the times as Aussiestinger put:

"Saying the end of the world is going to die on this date is rather stupid. Anyways it would go off English/Uk time if it was to actually end like they said, seen as time is based off that, like America is -5 or whatever like that."
But,
how can u say its not about religion but about god and the devil when they are the foundation of religion and what religion is made up and from, (for all religions gods not just our "god")

yea i know about the time and date is stupid, if god and the devil is what religion why is there so many religions when there could be just one god and devil, like why is there so many gods when there is only one god who created this world he didnt create the other gods people did

We're beginning to not use oil/gas for most things now with all new technology. Like hydrogen powered cars..

If they can go from gas/electric powered to that.. why not make electricity items powered by hydrogen.

Believe me, one thing that won't kill the world is disadvantages. Adaptability I wouldn't worry about.

And water.. well.. impossibility.

Yea, well.. long enough.

I say the UN just unitedly agrees to nuke a planet off orbit into Earth; thus, ending confusion and killing everyone.

It's easier..

Can't say I read any of the posts as I skimmed down to reply and saw a few religious bits which I won't get involved in as it would be offensive but heres my 2 cents.

06/06/2006 was the real date therfore in my eyes didn't resemble 666 and only on the 06/06/6666 will it but the 'world ending' is pure crap. The only thing in which will end the world is shitty terrorism and global warming, also the Sun exploding or a super-nova or whatever I don't care if the devil or god exists.

unless of course you believe "all" gods were created by man.
