Are you afraid of tables? They're designed to hold data.

And your site looks good, but it's not clear what its about apart from it has something to do with admins grouping together. What admins? What do they do? What good would it be to me as an admin? Make that kind of info clear on your index page

ahem... if i may intervene :) tables are designed to hold tabular data (columns & rows data). therefore, it wouldn't be semantically correct to use it on the menu mentioned above.

Well first off, tables are the devil. They are irritating to use and there is a better and more XHTML 1.1 valid way.. CSS

Its more cross browser friendly, easier, less coding throw-up (clutteredness), XHTML 1.1 standard, allows reuse of a defined element.
