i think i like it better than the first, here is why;
you can read the font much better and the background is cooler, I would smooth out the background more and maybe apply some brushes, the helmet or whatever it is on the right hand side needs to be blended in and maybe softened a bit cuz it kind of stands out as rough and unantialiased.. maybe do something with the font to so that its not just text, maybe try some filters on it or opaque it a bit or something. Nice improvement tho
