There are alot of ways to make a vector for images, but for those who are to lazy
here's how to make "a fake vector", it's easy and simple.

Step 1

Open up the picture you want to apply the vector on.

Step 2

Click Filter > Artistic >Poster Edges: Leave the settings.

Step 3

Click Filter > Artistic > Cutout and add the following settings: (Levels 8, Edge Simplicity 1, Edge Fidelity 3)

that isnt vectoring. vectoring is drawing the shape..... when you do that, it makes the objects easier to trace when vectoring
